In our space, we design each training as a big project with an objective and a methodology, although it is the participants who ultimately determine how it evolves and how it develops.

Organisations look to our training courses for services that complement their management, production, etc…

We understand learning to be any training proposal that, apart from seeking the learning of contents, competences, emotional habits or values, aims to be useful for everyday life in the individual and consequently social sphere, through the implementation of actions that cover the real needs of the organisation with the purpose of improving it.

We invite pupils and students, as well as hierarchical technicians, to a space for dialogue in which to reflect on the development of the tasks to be carried out, their meanings and the place these concepts occupy in their own lives.

Together we all analyse and reflect on what we can do to improve emotional well-being, work coordination, etc… in the world around us.

Our students experience a diverse and intuitive training, team management and communication processes between them is the next step to be put in place, and the approach where the areas of intervention of each service are decided and agreed upon.

Each training takes on a unique entity, valuing the actors and the essence of the organisation.

The exchange is very enriching, both for the organisations and for the students, as they become active agents of transformative change.
