What is coaching?
Coaching is a process of personal and professional accompaniment and development that aims to help a person or a team to achieve their goals, enhance their skills and improve their well-being. Coaching is based on the establishment of a relationship of trust between the coach and the coachee, in which various tools and techniques are used to bring about positive and sustainable change. Coaching is not therapy, consultancy or training, but a methodology that respects the autonomy, creativity and resources of the coachee.
